This program is intended to provide support for child care providers and early education staff to remain in the workforce. The program also seeks to promote quality education and care for young children in Plumas County. Eligible participants may receive incentive for either academic units or professional growth hours. Training dollars are limited so funds will be distributed on a first come first completed basis.

PROFESSIONAL GROWTH ADVISORS
The role of the Professional Growth Advisor (PGA) is to assist holders of the Child Development Permit with their professional growth plans required for permit renewal. It is an essential part of this process that every permit holder selects a PGA as soon as possible upon receipt of their permit. The following is a list of qualified ECE professionals in Plumas County who have completed PGA training and are willing to serve as advisors. You may select and contact an advisor directly to request their assistance in this process. Information on location is listed for convenience only. Feel free to contact a PGA in any geographic location.
